What we’d like from you

• Strong communication: Most of our clients are based in Northern America so fluency is a must. We expect you to communicate confidently and strengthen relationships with both clients and colleagues.
• Excellent Interpersonal skills: We believe that communication is the key, especially in Project Management.
• At least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis and Project Management. While we're primarily focused on your skills, this timeframe typically allows candidates to reach the level we're seeking.
• Experience with startups: Many of our clients are startup founders, some without prior product experience. Our ideal PM should be comfortable in this environment and familiar with Lean methodology.
• Compatible location: Given that most of our clients are in North America, we're looking for candidates who can easily work within Eastern Standard Time (EST). Ideal locations include South America or Western/Central Europe.
• Meeting and presentation skills: You should be comfortable with facilitating meetings and delivering effective presentations.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Asana.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of software development processes and methodologies, particularly Agile and Scrum.
• Interest in Product Management is a plus.
